What size ice machine does my restaurant need?
It depends on covers per day and what you’re using the ice for; a bar pouring cocktails burns far more ice per seat than a café. Tell us your daily volume and we’ll size it. Rentals run from 100 lb to 1,200 lb per day.
What happens if the rented machine breaks down?
Repairs are included at no extra cost, and if we can’t get it running quickly, we deliver bagged ice at no charge so service continues.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. There’s a 30-day cancellation policy and a one-time $450 setup fee, and the rental isn’t a long-term contract you have to buy your way out of.
