Cooking Equipment Technician

David is the newest addition to our team. He is apprenticing with us to learn cooking equipment repair. We found David, while working as a chef, with his nose in some seriously complicated cooking equipment. He had done some diagnostics and tried to repair it. In short here was someone willing to get their hands dirty, and smart and mechanically inclined. With Mike Naus’s teaching he will soon add knowledge to his natural aptitude.
