We continually listen to our clients’ needs, and in response, we have made meaningful adjustments to our service rates to ensure simpler, more predictable, and cost-effective pricing.
Updated Service Rates
We have eliminated unnecessary fees to offer a more transparent pricing structure:
No more $95 trip fee
No more $87.50 additional unit fee
Reduced evaluation hourly service rate from $175 to $130
Our New Pricing Structure

Regular Hours (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM)
- $130 per man hour (2-hour minimum) for issue evaluation
- No trip charge – billing starts when our technician is dispatched
- Repair rate: $175 per man hour (no minimum, no trip fees)

After Hours & Weekends (Monday – Friday, 5 PM – 9 PM | Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM – 9 PM)
- $215 per man hour (2-hour minimum)

Customer-Provided Equipment Installation
- $200 per man hour
With these updates, there are no hidden fees and no additional charges for multiple units—just clear, honest pricing designed to serve you better.
