Transparency Is Our Policy

Boer Brothers Heating and Cooling offers consistent, fair pricing to our clients. Part of that is our service guarantee. Our commercial service warranty is full parts and labor for 30 days on the repair. Our warranty on a commercial installations is one year parts and labor. In practice that means that we will make a repair right without additional charges. Other repairs on the same piece of equipment we typically waive the trip charge. Multiple repair requests occurring on the same visit only have one trip charge.

Our trip charge is $85 of which there is only one no matter how many times we may need to return on the same issue. Our hourly rate is $125 an hour.

Our hourly rate does not change on the weekends or after hours, however we do charge a $75 after hours fee. This fee is paid directly to the service technician for working an extra-long day or coming out during the weekend.
